“We love our new Yukon Arctic Spas, just put in yesterday and was ready for action in less than 6 hours (despite being 20 degrees outside). My wife and I spent over an hour in the tub with a little snow falling around us, trying out all the seats and jets. We worked with Bob, who was available anytime, it seems, to answer the questions we had, and what a wonderful representative for a company to have. He was holding our baby for us when we came in and “tried out” the hot tubs, timely answers on email and phone calls, overall great sales experience. The installation went great, crew seemed to be able to maneuver through our snow-filled yard and around pine trees to get it in the deck in record time, in the dark, and the service man (Cody) spent two hours the next day getting it up and running and teaching me about the entire hot tub.
